Reservations cancelled 48 hours or more prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25.
Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be assessed a charge of $25 plus the cost of one night's stay, tax recovery charges, service fees, cleaning fees and any other inclusive surcharges.
A $25 change fee applies once the reservation has been confirmed.
A credit card imprint or a $50 cash deposit is required at time of check-in for telephone and any incidental charges that may be incurred.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
An energy surcharge of $4.95 per night is charged at check-in.
